- 11:45 am : Chair of SAIB17 welcomes those in attendance
- Noon : Lunch featuring regional cuisine: broad bean soup, Lac Saint Jean tourtière, blueberry upside down cake and beverages
- 12:50 pm : Presentation by the SAIB17 chair on the benefits of the various partnerships
- 1:15 pm : Visiting the aircrafts and helicopters
- 2:00 pm : End of meeting and departure of planes and helicopters
